1. Return & Exchanges
At Mawaya, we do our best to provide the most detailed product descriptions so that you won’t encounter any surprises when receiving our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.
2. Order cancellation Policy
We pride ourselves on our ability to process orders quickly. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@mawaya.com as soon as possible.
A large majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, so it is imperative that you contact us within this time frame to attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. Beyond the 12-hour window, you will no longer be able to modify or cancel your order. No refunds will be accepted. The customer will need to wait to receive the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
No cancellation requests will be accepted if your order has already been processed.
3. Address error
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your address and contact us quickly to make any changes. Changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).
In such cases, packages may be returned to the sender, but this is not always the case.
If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer to refund your order minus the shipping costs or offer a reshipment, according to your preference.
You are not eligible for a reshipment or refund until your package has been received by the sender.

Delivery times vary depending on the country to which your order is shipped. In general, the estimated delivery time is 12 to 18 business days, excluding weekends and Australian public holidays. Please note that these times may vary due to exceptional circumstances or carrier availability.
Delivery fees:
Shipping costs are specified when you are in the cart. These fees may vary depending on the weight of the package.
Please note that no customs fees will be requested from you. If you receive an email or SMS requesting payment, please notify us immediately, and we urge all customers not to click on any links, as this could be a scam.
