1. Essential Characteristics of Goods and/or Services
The products offered for sale on our website include sugar wax and hot wax for hair removal. Each product is described with its key features, including ingredients, usage instructions, and safety precautions, available on the corresponding product page.
2. Prices Including Taxes
All prices displayed on our site are in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of all taxes (GST). Prices may vary for international sales depending on exchange rates and additional fees, such as customs duties or local taxes.
3. Shipping Costs, Delivery Dates, and Methods
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the chosen delivery method. Estimated delivery dates are provided during order confirmation. We ship our products internationally, and delivery methods may vary depending on the country.
Shipping costs will be communicated to the customer before any payment is made. The delivery times indicated at the time of the order are for informational purposes only and may be subject to delays due to postal services or other special circumstances that prevent delivery (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).
Unless otherwise stated on the site during the ordering process or in the description of the products ordered, the seller commits to delivering the products within a maximum of thirty (30) days after the contract is concluded with a consumer customer.
Any delay in delivery relative to the date or time frame indicated to the consumer customer at the time of order, or if no date or time frame was indicated at the time of order, exceeding thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the contract, may result in the termination of the sale at the initiative of the consumer customer, upon written request by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, if after having requested the seller to proceed with the delivery, the seller has not complied. The consumer customer will then be reimbursed, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date on which the contract was terminated, for all amounts paid. This clause does not apply if the delay in delivery is due to a case of force majeure.
In the particular case of a parcel whose tracking number indicates it has been "delivered" but not received in the mailbox: if the customer notices and informs the seller that the parcel is not in their mailbox despite the tracking number indicating it has been "delivered," customer service may request additional information and an official document from the delivery service responding to the inquiry regarding the corresponding tracking number. The seller will then make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction, including, where applicable, the immediate reshipment of the products at its own expense.
4. Modalités d'exécution du contrat
The sales contract is considered concluded at the time of order confirmation by the customer. We commit to fulfilling the order within the indicated timeframes, subject to stock availability.
The photos on the website are non-contractual and may slightly differ from the photographed models. These variations are due to different screen and camera settings, product lighting, the angle of the shot, etc.
5. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, and any other payment options indicated during the ordering process. In the event of late payment, interest may be applied in accordance with applicable law.
Credit card payments are made through secure transactions provided by an online payment platform provider.
The seller also reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the delivery times defined in the "Deliveries" section of these Terms and Conditions of Sale will only begin from the date of actual receipt of payment by the seller, who may provide proof of this by any means. Product availability is indicated on the website, in the descriptive sheet of each product.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, customers are not automatically entitled to a refund or exchange if they change their mind after purchase.
However, if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for its intended purpose, customers may request a refund, repair, or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Legal Warranty of Conformity and Hidden Defects
Our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a defective product, the customer may request a repair, replacement, or refund.
8. Commercial Warranty and After-Sales Service
The commercial warranties offered by our company are indicated on each product page. Communication costs with our after-sales service are borne by the customer.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, the customer may contact a mediator or resort to the competent courts in Australia. For international sales, disputes will be settled in accordance with the laws of the seller’s country, unless otherwise specified.
